Our attorney, R. Champ Crocker, has been practicing law since 2001. He has broad- based experience in the law, as a practitioner and educator. He has handled thousands of cases, and his background includes extensive litigation experience in personal injury, criminal and family law cases.
In addition to his law practice, Champ Crocker currently serves as an Assistant Municipal Judge for the Town of Hanceville and is an Adjunct Professor of Evidence Law at Birmingham School of Law. He is a former Special Prosecutor for Morgan County. This varied experience as a defense attorney, judge and former prosecutor allows him to offer clients effective legal guidance, based on experience. Since 2003, Champ Crocker has been recognized by the Alabama State Bar for his pro bono legal work and has been an active member of several State Bar committees. Giving back to the local community, he is on the Board of Directors for St. Bernard Preparatory School in Cullman and was the former vice president of the local chapter of the American Red Cross.
